The authorization to use Varefakta is given under a subscription scheme. The price depends on the number of informative labels.

Subscription rates

The subscription is valid for one year at a time from the effective date of the first labelling authorization. 
A new invoice will be sent if the number of completed informative labels during the year becomes higher. This invoice will cover the prize difference between the subscription paid for and the new subscription rate for the rest of the year.
The price also includes a marketing contribution of about one sixth of the subscription fee.
Subscription for existing informative labels is paid a year in advance.
Subscription for informative label number 11 and above, which are completed during the subscription period is paid by the month i arrear.

Any hours over and above the number of hours which may be included in the subscription will be paid as per account rendered. The hour rate for 2010 is DKK 1.124.- for consultancy hours (preparation of labelling, organization and review of testing, etc.) and DKK 565.- for assistant hours (fair copy, etc.).

The number of hours will be registered from the moment the cooperation starts.

Testing expenses in connection with apporval and sampling will be paid direct to the laboratory as per account rendered.
Any discount obtained by DVN is transferred to the customer.
