A cooperation agreement has been concluded between:

hereinafter called DVN.
The date on which the customer signs the agreement marks the start of its validity. The subscription period commences on the 1st of the month in which the first labelling authorisation is granted. The number of hours consumed shall be recorded from the start of the cooperation agreement.
The agreement concerns
Labelling of the following types of products with the trademark Varefakta:
Testing "before labelling" - analysis/testing of the products prior to their being labelled. Random checks of the goods approx. once a year.
Conditions
The customer undertakes to acquaint himself and comply with the "Conditions for the use of Varefakta on products" in force at any given time and with the regulations for the products in question in force at any given time.
Prices
The prices are contained in the price lists in force at any given time.
Or the following has been agreed.
General advice regarding declarations and legislation shall be invoiced at the current hourly rate for consultancy services.
Price adjustment
DVN’s prices are adjusted every year on January 1st.
